Don is the senior pastor and the primary preacher on Sundays. He's a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (HOOK'EM), received his MDiv from Brite Divinity School (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas and his Doctoral degree from the Pacific School of Religion at UC Berkeley.

As Associate Minister, Mark leads our Youth Group through weekly programming, mission trips, and camps; and works with our feeding ministries of Chicken Sunday, Taco Tuesday, and the Free Little Pantry. He also works as the Bentonville Site Director for Be The Neighbor, a nonprofit that facilitates Service & Learning Trips across the country. Mark has a Bachelors of Music Education from TCU (Go Frogs!) and received his M.Div. from Yale Divinity School with an additional diploma from Andover Newton Seminary.

As Executive Director of The Compassion Coalition of NWA, she dedicates her time and energy to providing tangible assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals and families throughout Northwest Arkansas. Liz focuses on empowering children and families to appreciate their unique identities and relationship with the Divine so their voices then cultivate equitable communities. She is a Certified Candidate for Ordination as Deacon in the United Methodist Church completing her MDiv at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary with a concentration in Childist Theology, Ethic, and Justice.
