1st Monday:
Chair Yoga
A gentle, accessible yoga practice using a chair for seated movements and added support while standing. We’ll focus on mobility, stretching, balance, breath, and relaxation. No getting down on the floor required.

Middle Mondays:
All Levels Yoga
A beginner-to-intermediate yoga flow featuring classic yoga poses, intentional movement, and clear, easy-to-follow instruction. Classes are designed to help build flexibility, balance, strength, and confidence at your own pace. Beginners are always welcome - no yoga experience necessary.

Last Monday:
Sound Bath
No movement required - just come, get comfortable and rest. During this deeply relaxing experience, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
